2. Digital Products and Content

All digital products, such as downloadable resources or content, are non-refundable once the purchase is complete and the content has been accessed. If you experience any issues accessing the content, please contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a prayer service or booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made prior to the service being performed may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us for specific cancellation requests.
